When we think about the north of the Italic peninsula, what first comes to mind is the very well known and visited city of Milano; the Italian fashion capital. But just at a 2 hour car drive we can find an idyllic place, also not very well known; lake Como.

Situated in the region of Lombardy, it is the third biggest lake in Italy. With a length of 46km, this lake forms the shores of various charming villages, where it is recommended to take a route and visit each of them slowly. The most comfortable way to enjoy this landscape, enjoy the lake and move freely between them is aboard a comfortable yacht.

Some of these quaint villages we can visit are Brienno, Tremezzo, Menaggio and of course, the city which gives name to the lake: Como.

In Brienno you can get lost on its little pedestrian streets, see the marvelous houses next to the shore, or visit the Church of Saint Nazario and Celso.

Tremezzo, stands out for its beautiful gardens and gigantic villas. And in Menaggio we can enjoy a very beautiful view, full of artisan shops and astonishing viewpoints.
