Why are we so attracted to the sea?

indisputable that the sea is one of the most attractive laces for the vast majority of people.

It is no surprise that during the holidays it is one of our favorite destinations, people see the sea as a place to relax, have fun and escape from the daily stress that modern life entails.

This feeling of love and fascination for the sea is not a coincidence, just like the state of happiness that it evokes in us. Science explains that, in addition to contact with nature, which is generally pleasant, for the modern human being, the  sea specifically relaxes us because of its colors, because of the sound of the waves, and especially because bathing in the sea reminds us of our mother’s womb. The latest studies in neuroscience, ecology and marine biology show us that being near or inside the sea It helps us to be happier and even healthier.

So we should, at least during the holidays, connect with the sea, and one of the hundreds of wonderful places that we can explore are the Balearic Islands.

The three main destinations are:
