We execute our charters as a couple. Captain and cook. His captain was born in Vila Franca do Campo, island of São Miguel, Azores, in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. I started sailing in light sailing boats in 1999, where I spent 8 years competing in light sailing. In 2007, I started traveling around the world, interacting with different people from different cultures, while sailing more than 100,000 nautical miles. I was a partner for 6 years until I became a Captain in the super yacht industry, where I hold the position since 2013. I have a medical level III, GMDSS and a commercial endorsement of Yachtmaster Ocean issued by MCA. I speak Portuguese, English, French and Spanish fluently. My Italian ... it's enough to have a good laugh. I wanted to be in the most satisfying place on Earth: the Azores. I did my own business answering my call for freedom and at the end of the day ... "The answer, my friend ... is blowing in the wind" ...
